All of our animals are processed and packaged as individual cuts in vacuum-sealed packages in state-of-the-art USDA-Inspected facilities. They hold the highest food safety, animal welfare, and humane handling standards.
We use The Livestock Institute located in Westport, MA, which is owned by the Institute of Livestock of Southern New England and Vermont Packinghouse North Springfield, VT.

The meats that you buy here at the farm are naturally raised on grass, which means that they are free from added growth hormones or unnecessary antibiotics found in some local store-bought brands. Studies have shown that grass-fed beef has less fat, has more vitamin E, beta-carotene, vitamin C, and a number of health-promoting fats, including omega-3 fatty acids.
